Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Team Leader to guide the Beauty Team in delivering an authentic client experience, staying expert on top beauty brands, executing merchandise sets, and upholding Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

You will mentor associates, coordinate with Store Manager and Sephora Training Team, ensure visual and operational standards, training timelines, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and knowledge of trends.
• 5 years of client-facing retail or service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Beauty Team to deliver a positive client experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to provide team leadership.
• Recognize and coach staff to improve client experience and sales.
• Serve as point of contact for Store Manager, Sephora Training Team, and partners.
• Drive sales plans and hold team accountable to goals.
• Build client loyalty and upsell products when appropriate.
• Demonstrate products and beauty techniques to clients.
• Ensure all training is completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with Sephora partners on training opportunities.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment and inventory management.
