Kohl's in Huntersville, NC is seeking a Beauty Team Leader who will guide the Beauty Team to deliver a positive client experience, drive sales, and uphold Sephora at Kohl's standards with expert knowledge of top beauty brands.

You will train and coach associates, manage merchandise sets, replenishment, and visual standards, and collaborate with the Store Manager and Sephora partners to ensure exceptional service and ongoing product education.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and ability to engage clients.
• 5 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Beauty Team to deliver a positive client experience.
• Provide leadership for the Beauty Team through partnership with the Store Manager.
• Build a strong culture with recognition programs, feedback and coaching.
• Act as a point of contact for Store Manager and Sephora Training Team.
• Drive sales, understand and execute sales plans, and meet goals.
• Build client loyalty, upsell products, and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application.
• Complete required training on established timelines.
• Address additional training opportunities with Sephora partners.
• Ensure Sephora visual merchandising and standards are executed on time.
• Maintain replenishment and inventory accuracy to support sales.
