Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-2+ years in fast-paced retail management or related work.
• Experience driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead by Ulta Beauty's mission and values to drive store performance across sales, inventory, and compliance.
• Attract, develop, and retain a diverse team of top talent; coach and develop associates.
• Ensure adherence to policies, scheduling, and task management tools to execute store workloads (shipment, replenishment, omni-channel, pricing, markdowns).
• Deliver guest engagement through makeup applications, demonstrations, and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Communicate findings to field leadership on business trends, opportunities, and challenges.
