Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of fast-paced, retail management, or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense.
• Retail management: inventory, operational excellence, service culture, and merchandising execution.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent and guiding a team through change.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals for sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Leverage forecasts and payroll budgets to optimize schedules and productivity.
• Review and respond to financial and operational reports to improve store performance.
• Lead guest engagement initiatives, training, and coaching to drive sales and service.
