Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, payroll budgeting, expense control.
• Retail management: inventory, ops excellence, service culture, merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth.
• Assist with scheduling to maximize productivity within payroll budgets.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on insights.
• Lead guest engagement programs and ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Coach and develop associates and provide feedback and guidance.
• Maintain compliance with policies, dress code, and store standards.
