Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Leverage forecasts and budgets to optimize scheduling and payroll, coordinating with the GM.
• Review and respond to financial and operational reporting and store audits.
• Lead associate training, feedback, coaching, and development plans.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and standards.
