Qualifications

• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Schedule optimization using forecasting and payroll data to maximize productivity within budget.
• Review and respond to financial and operational reports in a timely manner.
• Lead a team in customer engagement and training, ensuring standards and compliance.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty attendance policy.
