• Experience delivering exceptional customer and associate experiences in a retail setting.
• Strong merchandising and product storytelling skills.
• Ability to coach and develop associates and manage daily workload.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Proficiency with technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain a strong brand environment in store.
• Execute product storytelling and ensure visuals reflect brand priorities.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards; support product availability.
• Collaborate with Operations Leaders to ensure readiness and avoid stockouts.
• Lead and coach associates; support daily workforce management and scheduling.
• Assist with floorset mapping, product launches, and shipment processing.
