This role partners with store leadership to ensure visual merchandising and product storytelling align with brand guidance. The position requires retail leadership, ability to coach associates, and flexibility to work nights and weekends, with physical requirements to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

• Demonstrates excellent merchandising skills.
• Experience with influencing cross‑functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods.
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Beauty Supervisor ensures a strong customer and brand environment by supporting a store that delivers a compelling and consistent Beauty experience.
• Execute and maintain visual execution within the beauty business and product storytelling.
• Lead coaching, zoning, team selling and personally selling to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness.
• Identify risks and opportunities related to the customer and brand experience to ensure consistent execution.
• Lead discretionary duties including floorset mapping, product launch support, and brand education as needed.
