Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. seeks a Beauty Supervisor to deliver exceptional customer and associate experiences, driving brand top-line sales in a store setting.

Reports to Store Manager or Beauty Manager, depending on store structure, with leadership shared in higher complexity locations. Responsibilities include executing brand guidance, managing visuals, storytelling, and ensuring readiness and product availability.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Demonstrates excellent merchandising skills.
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• Experience directing other individuals in the performance of their job duties preferred.
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain strong customer and brand environment in the store.
• Lead visual and product storytelling to reflect brand priorities.
• Manage sales floor and fitting room standards where applicable.
• Collaborate with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve customer and brand experience.
• Support store leadership in floorset mapping, product launches and brand education.
