Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and coaching associates.
• Strong merchandising and brand storytelling skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and flexible hours.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual standards and brand environment on the sales floor.
• Deliver product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life.
• Maintain selling standards and category execution aligned to brand priorities.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure product availability and readiness.
• Identify risks, gaps and opportunities affecting customer and brand experience.
