Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Beauty Supervisor to lead exceptional customer and associate experiences in-store, delivering brand promises and driving top-line sales. This role partners with Beauty Manager in higher complexity stores and reports to the Store Manager or Beauty Manager.

The position focuses on visual execution, product storytelling, inventory readiness, coaching, and daily work management to optimize labor and customer flow. Night and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Demonstrates excellent merchandising skills
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
• Experience directing other individuals in the performance of their job duties preferred
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Visual execution within the beauty business
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
• Category-level execution aligned to brand priorities and direction
• Partners with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness
• Identifies and escalates risks, gaps, and opportunities related to the customer and brand experience to ensure consistent execution
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
