• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Demonstrates excellent merchandising skills.
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• Self-awareness with openness to feedback and development.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Experience directing others in the performance of their duties preferred.
• 1+ years retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visual execution within the beauty business.
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life.
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable).
• Category-level execution aligned to brand priorities and direction.
• Partners with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness.
• Identifies risks, gaps, and opportunities related to customer and brand experience.
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary by store size and business complexity.
