Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Excellent merchandising skills.
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• Experience directing other individuals in the performance of their job duties preferred.
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Beauty Supervisor ensures a strong customer and brand environment by supporting a store that delivers a compelling and consistent Beauty experience.
• They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Specifically, the Beauty Supervisor is responsible for executing and maintaining Visual execution within the beauty business and product storytelling.
• Coaches and develops associates to deliver brand standards.
• Leads daily work force management and scheduling.
