Job summary

Kohl's is hiring a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through expert beauty knowledge and a consultative client approach. You will maintain top brand familiarity, execute visual standards, and deliver an exceptional client experience at Kohl’s Sephora.

The role includes product demonstrations, replenishment duties and ongoing training. You will engage clients, upskill in beauty trends, and influence purchasing with a focus on service, education, and the retail team’s goals.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and knowledge of beauty trends.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales.
• Develop knowledge of the beauty industry and brand sets.
• Demonstrate products to inspire clients and upsell when appropriate.
• Execute sales plans and meet store goals.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual standards and cleanliness.
• Support inventory, replenishment and omnichannel processing.
• Complete training to expand product knowledge.
