Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an As Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty enthusiasm and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandising and replenishment, and uphold Sephora at Kohl’s standards to deliver an exceptional client experience.

You’ll build loyalty, upsell where appropriate, stay current on beauty trends, demonstrate products, and support inventory and training initiatives to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence clearly.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility to the client through product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application.
• Understand and execute the sales plans to support and meet goals.
• Execute and maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment on the sales floor to drive sales and customer experience.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge and skills.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including back stocking and price changes.
