Job summary

Kohl’s seeks a Beauty Lead Advisor in La Habra to drive sales through a passion for beauty and consult with clients. You will guide the Beauty Team, maintain product knowledge, and ensure exceptional client experiences while upholding Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

The role requires partnering with store leadership, delivering training, and maintaining visual merchandising and stock integrity to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 3 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Beauty Team in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Coach Beauty Advisors and communicate initiatives between managers.
• Be the contact for Store Manager, Sephora Training Team and partners.
• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate products and apply them to inspire clients and build credibility.
• Understand and execute sales plans to meet goals and maintain visual standards.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and department hygiene standards.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale and price changes.
