Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, replenish stock, and uphold Sephora at Kohl’s visual standards to ensure an exceptional client experience.

You will build loyalty by identifying client needs, demonstrating products, and applying techniques while supporting omni-channel processes and inventory flow.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide product knowledge and beauty trends credibility to clients.
• Demonstrate products and application techniques to inspire clients.
• Understand and execute sales plans to meet goals.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment on the sales floor to enhance customer experience.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale and price changes.
