Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands and execute visual standards per Sephora at Kohl’s.

The role focuses on building client loyalty, upselling, product demonstrations, training, and inventory/replenishment to support omni-channel goals; in-store service is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence customers clearly and concisely.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and upsell to drive sales.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility to the client through knowledge of products and trends.
• Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application.
• Understand and execute sales plans to support goals.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl's visual standards and maintenance.
• Ensure timely replenishment to drive sales and customer experience.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale.
