Job summary

Kohl’s is hiring a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, replenishment and visual standards per Sephora at Kohl’s, and ensure an excellent client experience.

You’ll build loyalty, stay current on trends, demonstrate products, support sales plans, and help with inventory and store operations while maintaining safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and upsell products.
• Develop knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
• Provide credibility through product knowledge and trends.
• Demonstrate products and applications to inspire clients.
• Execute sales plans and maintain Sephora visual standards.
• Maintain replenishment, tester upkeep and department hygiene.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale.
