Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top brands and execute visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines, ensuring an excellent client experience.

You will build loyalty, upsell where appropriate, stay current on beauty trends, demonstrate products, and support inventory and replenishment to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service industry is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and upselling products.
• Develop knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
• Provide credibility through product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and standards.
• Support inventory management and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Participate in required training to expand knowledge.
• Contribute to omni-channel processing and related duties.
