Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor in a store setting to drive sales with a consultative approach, maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, and execute merchandise sets while supporting replenishment and visual standards.

You will lead the Beauty Team, coach through partnership with the Store Manager, and ensure an excellent client experience by staying current on product trends and providing credible product guidance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for the Beauty Team through strong partnership with the Store Manager.
• Communicate initiatives between Store Manager and Beauty Advisors, providing feedback and coaching.
• Act as a point of contact for Store Manager, Sephora Training Team and other partners.
• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Provide credibility to clients through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and application techniques.
• Understand and execute the sales plans to support and meet goals.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment of sales floor to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Engage in required training to expand knowledge and support omni-channel processes.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back stocking, counts and price changes.
