Job summary

Kohl’s Beauty is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty expertise and consultative client interactions. You will maintain knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, replenishment, and visual standards to deliver an excellent client experience.

You will build loyalty, expand knowledge of the beauty industry, and demonstrate products to inspire clients while supporting sales plans and omni-channel processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Develop knowledge of beauty industry trends.
• Provide product knowledge to clients and demonstrate products.
• Execute sales plans to meet goals.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment on the sales floor.
• Complete required trainings to expand knowledge.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist in inventory management from receipt to sale.
