Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service in Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Assist services team with bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Promote promotions and events; invite guests to try services and products.
• Maintain store and salon cleanliness and safety; ensure compliance with policies.
• Stay informed about trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
