Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests, promote salon services, and support the Experience Manager and ASM. You will handle phone and in-store interactions, drive service and retail sales, and help ensure a 360° guest experience across salon, skincare, and haircare areas.

The role requires exceptional guest service, product knowledge, and the ability to learn salon services and write clear, friendly recommendations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with POS systems and salon booking tech.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work with guests in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service in Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas.
• Answer salon calls, resolve guest concerns, manage the services booking system.
• Inform guests about current promotions and events; invite them to try services.
• Support scheduling, rebooking, and new guest acquisition; maintain guest flow.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and safety standards; maintain operations.
