Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests, promote salon and store services, and support the Experience Manager and team. You will answer calls, book appointments, and ensure a 360° guest experience—driving sales and loyalty in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma and about 1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication and tech skills with familiarity of POS and scheduling systems are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Promote salon and store services to guests and meet sales goals.
• Handle bookings, phone calls, and guest concerns with courtesy.
• Provide excellent guest service and maintain store and salon standards.
• Assist in events and in-store promotions with the services team.
