Job summary

Victoria's Secret & Co in Las Vegas seeks a Beauty Supervisor to lead exceptional customer and associate experiences, drive store brand health, and ensure premium beauty presentation. This role partners with the Beauty Manager in more complex stores and reports to the Store Manager or Beauty Manager as assigned.

You will coach and develop associates, manage daily tasks, and safeguard visual standards while aligning with brand priorities.

Qualifications

Passion for Victoria's Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Demonstrates excellent merchandising skills.
Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Visual execution within the beauty business and ensuring brand standards.
Product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life.
Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards where applicable.
Execute category-level initiatives aligned to brand priorities.
Partner with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability.
Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities affecting customer and brand experience.
In some locations, may lead the business with broader responsibilities.
