Victoria’s Secret & Co Beauty Supervisor is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. This role is accountable for brand and customer experience execution within the store, with possible guidance from a Beauty Manager.

The Beauty Supervisor collaborates with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness, maintains visual merchandising standards, and coaches associates to reflect brand priorities and selling

Qualifications

• Experience in leading store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to coach and develop associates while maintaining brand standards.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising and product storytelling to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model the customer experience in line with brand guidance.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver exceptional service and selling behaviors.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
• Collaborate with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness.
• Execute floorset mapping, product launches, and shipment processing as needed.
