Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Savannah is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, and guest coordinators, delivering exceptional guest service and top-line growth through services, boutiques, and retail.

You will coach staff, manage scheduling and payroll, ensure compliance, and stay ahead of beauty trends to engage guests and strengthen loyalty across store operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology license may be required by state law.
• 2–3+ years retail management experience or related leadership roles.
• Cosmetology management knowledge and familiarity with Board of Cosmetology regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coach and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team to drive guest experience and sales.
• Oversee services, boutiques, and makeup to meet APGs and NPS targets.
• Monitor payroll budgets and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, and safety standards.
• Provide coaching and training to staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and lead loyalty initiatives.
