Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a diverse team and drive top-line sales while delivering exceptional guest experiences across salon services, boutiques, and retail.

You will coach stylists and associates, manage staffing and payroll within budget, and stay ahead of beauty trends to advise guests. A strong focus on NPS, service quality and process excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-role team to achieve store goals in services, boutiques, and retail.
• Ensure guest experience and NPS targets through coaching and standards.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and attendance within budget.
• Perform makeup applications and product demos to drive sales.
• Stay informed on trends and products to advise guests.
• Ensure compliance with policies and operating standards.
