Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop staff and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, and retail sales.
• Drive top-line sales growth and manage payroll budgets.
• Schedule staff to maximize productivity and guest experience.
• Lead training and development, coaching, and performance reviews.
