Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology license and/or management license per state law.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals across services, boutiques, and retail.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth and expense control.
• Use forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling and maximize productivity.
• Address underperforming metrics by developing strategies with company programs and resources.
• Coach and develop direct reports, build a high-performing team.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
