Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing salon and boutique team, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee services, retail, and guest experience to deliver top-line growth while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing salon and boutique team to deliver guest experience, services, and retail sales.
• Coach and develop staff to achieve NPS targets and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, scheduling, and loss prevention.
