Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license required by state law.
• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, guest experience, and product attachment focus.
• Payroll budgeting, expense control, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team to deliver top-line sales growth in services, boutiques, and retail.
• Drive guest experience and loyalty through coaching and engagement.
• Manage schedules, payroll, and staffing to optimize productivity and guest service.
• Provide training and development to managers and associates; monitor KPI performance.
