Kohl’s seeks a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through consultative beauty client engagement and expert product knowledge. You will execute merchandise sets, replenishment and visual standards to deliver an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities include building loyalty, expanding industry knowledge, demonstrating products, and supporting inventory and omni-channel processing within the department.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence clients.
• Willingness to work a schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Maintain knowledge of beauty brands and demonstrate products to clients.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual standards and department hygiene.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and price changes on the sales floor.
