Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team across salon services, boutiques, and retail. You will be accountable for guest experience, NPS, and top-line sales growth while maintaining strong operational standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, scheduling, product demonstrations, and ensuring policy compliance to deliver an exceptional shopping and salon experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and cosmetology licensing may be required by state law.
• Experience in fast-paced retail management with a service-focused mindset.
• Strong communication, collaboration and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to achieve top-line sales growth in services and retail.
• Direct guest experience quality, including makeup, skincare, and product demonstrations.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and staffing to maximize productivity.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Develop and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
