Nordstrom is seeking a Beauty Counter Manager to deliver personalized beauty experiences and drive sales for the assigned brand. This role combines selling, teaching, customer relationship building, and counter management in a commissioned retail environment.

You will conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations while meeting personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
