Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a consultative approach, maintaining expert knowledge of top beauty brands and supporting visual standards in-store. You will engage clients, upsell thoughtfully and participate in ongoing training to stay current with trends.

In this role, you’ll manage inventory and merchandising within the Sephora at Kohl’s department, contribute to omni-processing, and ensure a high-quality client experience consistent with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and knowledge of products.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to establish credibility with clients.
• Inspire clients through product demos and application techniques to boost sales.
• Engage in required training to expand product knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual standards and merchandise sets.
• Support omni-channel processing and inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Assist with stock, back stocking, replenishment, price changes and counts.
• Communicate product and fixture issues to the supervisor and maintain department visuals.
