Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales with a passion for beauty and a consultative approach. You will engage clients, maintain expert product knowledge, and support replenishment and visual standards in the Sephora at Kohl’s space.

You will participate in product demonstrations, training, and omni-channel processes while upholding store hygiene and merchandising standards. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and customer engagement.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales, including upsell.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Showcase products through demonstrations and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale, including stock and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged products/fixtures to the supervisor.
