Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic passion for beauty, engaging clients with a consultative approach and an excellent overall experience. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards per Sephora at Kohl's guidelines.

You will build loyalty by identifying client needs, demonstrate product knowledge, and upsell where appropriate.

Qualifications

Authentic passion for beauty.
Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
Inspire clients by demonstrating products and application to drive sales.
Complete required training to expand knowledge.
Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes.
Assist with omni-channel processing within the department.
Maintain department cleanliness and communicate damaged products.
