Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, support replenishment and visual standards, and contribute to a positive client experience at Kohl’s Sephora locations.

Responsibilities include building client loyalty, applying product demonstrations, training participation, and supporting inventory and merchandising processes to ensure department excellence.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence clearly.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales (upsell opportunities).
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate and apply products to show results and drive sales.
• Attend required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale including replenishment and price changes.
• Assist with omni-processing and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors.
