Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand/performance marketing.
• Experience managing client solutions teams, with talent development and scaling.
• Experience managing advertisers across the full funnel and building relationships with marketing decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert and clearly articulate how TikTok can best serve these clients.
• Train and empower the team to serve as external product consultants, educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices to grow partnerships.
• Partner with Vertical Leadership as a strategic thought partner, identifying priorities, growth opportunities, and efficiencies through data-backed recommendations.
• Leverage data to identify consumer trends and lead your CSM team in developing playbooks that drive client outcomes.
• Coach and develop Client Solutions teams on consultative, data-driven campaign analysis and selling at scale.
