Job summary

Kohl's, in partnership with Sephora, seeks a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty. You will engage clients with a consultative approach, identify needs, demonstrate products, and uphold Sephora at Kohl's visual and service standards.

You will build client loyalty, stay current on beauty trends, and participate in training. This role requires flexible days and hours, including weekends and holidays, with on-floor support for replenishment and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products to drive sales.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets and tester maintenance.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
