Kohl's Sephora at Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty expertise and consultative client engagement. You will maintain knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards in-store.

The role requires strong client-facing communication, flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and a passion for beauty to upsell products and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through consultative beauty client engagement and product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends credibility to clients.
• Demonstrate products and application to inspire purchase.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and hygiene standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including back stocking and price changes.
• Report missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
