Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales with an authentic passion for beauty and to engage clients through consultative needs discovery and product recommendations. You will maintain expertise on top beauty brands and uphold Sephora at Kohl’s visual standards within the department.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate products, and participate in ongoing training while supporting inventory, merchandising and omni-channel processes.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and upsell products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute visual merchandising and maintain standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Report missed or damaged products to supervisor.
