Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty, engaging clients with a consultative approach and delivering an excellent overall experience. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge and trends, and participate in training to expand your expertise.

Qualifications

Authentic passion for beauty.
Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products.
Demonstrate credibility through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application.
Actively engage and complete required training to expand knowledge.
Execute Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards and maintain department cleanliness.
Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes.
Maintain communication of missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
