Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic passion for beauty and by engaging clients with a consultative approach, delivering an excellent overall client experience. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

What You’ll Do: Build loyalty, upsell, demonstrate products, stay trained, and maintain visual and inventory standards.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and upselling
• Demonstrate credibility through product knowledge and beauty trends
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards
• Support omni-processing within the department
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including replenishment
• Maintain department visuals and report damaged products to the supervisor
• Follow safety and shortage reduction programs and company guidelines
• Handle multiple tasks within established timeframes
