Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through beauty expertise and consultative client engagement. You will maintain up-to-date product knowledge, execute visual standards, and support replenishment and omni-channel operations in a Kohl's Sephora setting.

You will participate in extensive training, build client relationships, and help ensure a premium shopping experience for every guest at the Green Bay location.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and cosmetics products.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and applications.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including replenishment.
• Flag and report damaged products or fixtures to supervisor.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Exercise sound judgment and seek guidance when needed.
• Support safety and shortage reduction programs company-wide.
• Handle multiple tasks within set timeframes.
• Follow company policies and guidelines.
• Maintain safety for associates and customers.
• Receive directions from leaders and act accordingly.
