Job summary

Sephora at Kohl's is seeking an enthusiastic Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a consultative approach and strong client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute visual standards, and support replenishment and omni-channel processes within the department.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge, and upsell where appropriate while maintaining a high standard of client experience and in-store safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and knowledge of top beauty brands.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence customers.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge and skills.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged products/fixtures to supervisor.
• Act with integrity and teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Adhere to safety and shortage reduction programs.
