Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations in the Beaumont, TX territory, focusing on Swedish Match products in assigned retail accounts.

You will secure new item distribution, run promotions, manage inventory and use data to build fact-based customer presentations, while following established sales call processes and handling administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience required.
• Experience in non-durable consumer goods sales preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop sales plans.
• Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business math.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Selling and servicing Swedish Match products in assigned retail accounts.
• Securing new item distribution.
• Executing promotions and merchandising programs.
• Maintaining product freshness and inventory standards.
• Leveraging data to develop fact-based customer presentations.
• Following established sales call processes.
• Managing administrative responsibilities, including expense reporting and point-of-sale materials.
